Le programme RISE (Reaching Impact Saturation and Epidemic Control) sauve des vies et améliore la santé en contrôlant la pandémie de VIH et en renforçant la sécurité sanitaire mondiale afin de limiter la propagation des épidémies mortelles. RISE s'appuie sur des pratiques fondées sur des données probantes issues de plus de 20 ans de mise en œuvre du PEPFAR pour répondre aux priorités essentielles en matière de VIH, ainsi qu'à la sécurité sanitaire mondiale (SSM), à la santé maternelle, néonatale et infantile et à la nutrition (SMNI-N), à la tuberculose (TB), au paludisme, aux systèmes de données, à la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des produits de base, et à d'autres domaines transversaux.

Au Burundi, Jhpiego recrute pour un nouveau projet visant à soutenir les services vitaux de SMNI-N au Burundi, pour les postes suivants(cliquez sur chaque poste pour plus de détails) :

Senior Finance Manager:

 The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial management for the RISE-Burundi MNCH-N project and Jhpiego’s overall operations in Burundi. S/he is responsible for meeting the day-to-day financial needs of Jhpiego’s Country office in Burundi and maintaining daily operations in an efficient and effective manner. Accountancy training qualification full CIMA or ACCA, or B.Acc.).Minimum of seven (7) years of post-qualification experience in financial management with at least 3 years in a senior position in a reputable NGO or development agency 

Nutrition Technical Advisor:

 The Nutrition Advisor will provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, implementation, and oversight of nutrition interventions for the anticipated RISE-Burundi Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, and Nutrition (MNCH-N) project, ensuring integrated and high-quality service delivery.  Advanced degree (MPH, MSc, or equivalent) in Nutrition, Public Health, Food Science, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in designing, implementing, and coordinating large-scale nutrition programs, preferably in Burundi or similar low-resource settings.

Senior Program Officer:

 The Senior Program Officer (SPO) will provide crucial programmatic and operational support for the overall coordination, implementation, and management of the RISE-Burundi Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, and Nutrition (MNCH-N) project.  Bachelor's degree in Public Health, International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable. Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, coordination, or operational support for international development or public health projects.

Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advsior:

 The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the design, implementation, and management of the comprehensive MEL system for the RISE-Burundi Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, and Nutrition (MNCH-N) project.  Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field with a strong focus on Monitoring and Evaluation. Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in designing, implementing, and managing MEL systems for large-scale international health programs.

Project Director:

The Reaching Impact Saturation and Epidemic Control (RISE) program is saving lives and improving health by controlling the HIV pandemic and strengthening global health security to limit the spread of deadly disease outbreaks. RISE uses evidence-based practices from over 20 years of PEPFAR implementation to address critical HIV priorities along with global health security (GHS), maternal, newborn, and child health and nutrition (MNCH-N), tuberculosis (TB), Malaria, data systems, supply chain and commodity management, and other cross-cutting areas.  

Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) Technical Advsior:

The MNCH Advisor will be responsible for the technical coordination and oversight of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health interventions across the RISE Burundi Maternal, Child, Newborn, and Nutrition (MNCH-N) project, ensuring integrated and high-quality service delivery. Advanced degree (MPH, MD, or equivalent) in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in designing, implementing, and coordinating MNCH programs, preferably in Burundi or similar low-resource settings.
