KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Grow and manage sahl banking business across the bank to achieve business targets ( Facilities, deposits, revenues and accounts number) 
• Build and maintain strong Sahl Banking customer relationships   
• Recruitment of sahl Banking facilities in order to increase Sahl Banking facilities portfolio.
• Process Sahl Banking facilities (Personal/SME/MSME) applications within stipulate TAT. 
• Monitoring Sahl Banking facilities in order to ensure minimum portfolio at risk. 
• Minimization of exposures to and impact of risks associated with KYC, AML and portfolio maintenance, adherence to and application of established policies, processes, and tools to achieve optimal efficiency, compliance and cost containment
• Coordinate monitoring and review of Sahl Facilities and compliance with sahl banking facilities Covenants and shariah requirements 
• Plan, manage and execute sales plan of Sahl banking Products across the business.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports on Sahl banking performance, on overdrawn accounts, dormant accounts and Sahl facilities performance. 
• Provide leadership to the team, including their talent development and performance management.

• Negotiation and Interpersonal skills to create and maintain relevant business networks; to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance.
• Technical skills to effectively perform Relationship Management activities/tasks in a manner that consistently achieves high quality standards or benchmarks.
• Sales skills to prospect and close business
• Basic Knowledge of Islamic Banking principles, Sahl Banking product as well as other relevant products. 
• Self-empowerment to enable development of open communication, teamwork and trust that are needed to support performance and customer-service oriented culture.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in banking, accounting, or Islamic Banking
• Professional qualification in Banking, Accounting/ Finance or Islamic Banking.
• Four years of experience with similar responsibilities
• Practical experience in use of Microsoft Office Packages
