KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Interview potential Sahl customers to contribute to the growth of Sahl Banking facilities portfolio. 
• Customer relationship management in order to enhance Sahl business growth through cross selling, revenue collection and cost management as well as drive customer education.
• Cross selling of Sahl Banking products and educating customers who have taken up a product on the features (including product demonstrations), including selling digital products. . 
• Opening of Sahl accounts and ordering operating tools e.g. ChequeBook, ATM.
• Receipt of customer enquiries, complaints and resolution of the same within set TAT.
• Capture, Analyze, resolve and escalate Customers feedback within defined TAT.
• Ensure submission of account opening documents to AOPC within 24 hours after opening in T24
• Ensure timely submission of relevant reports.
• Ensure seamless coordination of banking hall activities.
• Adherence to and application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools to achieve optimal efficiency compliance.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience in client relationship management
• Basic knowledge of Islamic banking   
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Passion and commitment to quality service.
• Excellent Negotiations and sales skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• Professional qualification in Islamic Banking or business related is an added advantage
