KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive Agency Banking growth. 
2. Manage performance of Agents attached to the branch.
3.  Develop growth strategy for Agency Banking.
4. Analyze agency and Merchant Performance and make recommendations.
5. In charge of recruitment and training of Agents and Merchants.
6. Research market trends and provide information on Agent and Merchant business.
7. Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential Agents and Merchants.
8.  Provide leadership in Agent and Merchant business growth and train them and their staff.
9. Develop and drive the growth of Agency banking and Merchant business. 

III.THE PERSON 

 For the above position, the successful applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. 
• At least one (1) experience in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Digital Banking and Sales.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Effective team player.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• A passion and commitment to quality service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
