1. Revenue Analyst & Planning Manager

Take the lead in analyzing income trends, forecasting performance, and driving actionable insights to achieve our revenue and market growth objectives. You’ll manage marketing-level budgets, coordinate income planning, and collaborate across departments to optimize business performance.

Ideal candidate: A critical thinker with strong analytical and statistical skills, advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, and a background in Marketing, Statistics, or Economics.

2. Head of Risk & Compliance

A strategic leadership role guiding Econet’s governance, compliance, and risk frameworks. You’ll ensure sound internal controls, business continuity, and stakeholder trust while driving alignment between corporate strategy and regulatory obligations.

Ideal candidate: An experienced professional in Risk Management, Revenue Assurance, or Corporate Finance with strong analytical and financial modelling skills, and professional credentials such as CA, CIMA, or ACCA.

3. Revenue Assurance Analyst

Support Econet’s financial integrity by ensuring all revenues are accurately recognized, monitored, and protected. You’ll oversee revenue flows, conduct reconciliations, and recommend process improvements to enhance performance and compliance.

Ideal candidate: A finance or accounting expert with at least 5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance or Corporate Finance, skilled in data analysis, financial modeling, and familiar with IFRS standards.

4. Fraud Analyst

Play a key role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities that could impact business integrity. You’ll analyze patterns, assess risks, and collaborate with teams to strengthen fraud management practices.

Ideal candidate: A data-savvy professional with experience in fraud detection, risk assessment, or data analytics, proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
