KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Interview potential Sahl customers to contribute to the growth of Sahl Banking facilities portfolio. 
• Opening of Sahl accounts and ordering operating tools e.g. ChequeBook, ATM.
• Cross selling of Sahl Banking products and educating customers who have taken up a product on the features (including product demonstrations), including selling digital products. 
• Contribute to customer relationship management in order to enhance Sahl business growth through cross selling, revenue collection and cost management as well as drive customer education.
• Managing the account opening process and updating of customer details. 
• Ensure all accounts are scanned and uploaded in the system  
• Ensure submission of account opening documents to AOPC  
• Capture, Analyze, resolve and escalate Customers feedback within defined TAT.
• Ensure timely submission of relevant reports.
• Ensure seamless coordination of banking hall activities.
• Adherence to and application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools to achieve optimal efficiency compliance.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Academic & Professional): 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar position
• Experience in client relationship management/ Customer service 
• Basic knowledge of Islamic banking   
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Passion and commitment to quality service
• Excellent Negotiations skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines
