Job Description

• Make a major contribution to designing new digital services
• Own service transition to ensure smooth take-on
• Manage communications with stakeholders to ensure services to user customers are fit-for-purpose
• Communicate with account and sales teams to plan projects within budget
• Oversees all day-to-day aspects of the bank's digital banking functions. Further ensures that the efficient and continuous flow of daily digital banking activities and functions are performing properly.
• Provides motivation, coaching, direction and leadership to team members working within the digital services area.
• Following industry best practices, develops policies and procedures for digital banking processes in order to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Performs all work in compliance with applicable regulations/policies and procedures.
• Manage client expectations with day-to-day reporting and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis
• Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan
• Delivery of financial reporting and forecasting to senior team members and other stakeholders
• Manage external contractors and in-house staff to ensure they produce on deadline
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key contacts
• Work with project management team on improvements of digital systems
• Analyse feedback from the client, senior team members, contractors, account and sales teams and other key stakeholders
• Make the Digital Services Department profitable
• Double active digital customers
• Get 60% of our customers using actively digital banking
• Increase Digital NFI ratio up to 40%

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

• University Degree preferably in a business or Marketing related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experiences with 3 years at Management level in a Digital position. 
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Management Experience,
• Digital Systems Experience
• Excellent Relationship and Stakeholder Skills, Solid Understanding of Systems Such as SWIPE, TWCMS, TMM, Mobi platform, VCAS, etc., 
• Ability to Manage Workloads
• Ability to Explain Complex Matters.
